Welcome to Pacific Flow Swim School! My name is Jeff Griffith-Jones, local dad of three and aquatics and recreation professional with 20+ years of mastery. Serving families with safe and professional aquatics programs of the highest quality is not something I just dabble in, it is my life and my career. From grad school in Recreation to years of running multiple leisure business, from infant aquatic child theory to digital registration, skill tracking, and communication, from professional risk management to leading edge staff leadership, I'm ready and thrilled to serve Scotts Valley. My team and I work so that you and your family can play. Can't wait to see you in the pool!

Safety and Comfort
From infants to adults, safety and water adaptation skills are in every class

Breath Control
Swimmers will extend their breath count as they progress and learn how their own body responds in the water with rhythmic breathing

Balance and Buoyancy
Through play and drills, swimmers will become comfortable in any body position in the water as they prepare for formal

Basic and Advanced Strokes
From basic paddling to butterfly, rollovers to competitive freestyle, swimmers will progress through all formal strokes.
